Sang Oh

Mr. Oh is the managing partner of Talkin & Oh, LLP and has over 20 years of experience assisting businesses, partnerships, families and individuals with all aspects of the real estate, zoning and land use processes. Appearing regularly before Maryland courts and administrative bodies, Mr. Oh’s practice encompasses all types of development, including commercial, office, industrial, multifamily, subdivision and planned unit developments. Mr. Oh counsels developers, builders and financial institutions in connection with the permitting and approval process, land acquisition, leasing and environmental issues. 

Successful representations include numerous developments throughout Howard County, Maryland including Maple Lawn Farms, Turf Valley, Westmount and the preservation of Doughoregan Manor, Lynwood and the Timbers of Troy Golf Course, Shipley’s Grant, Wegman’s of Columbia, Howard Square, Bluestream, Elkridge Crossing, Forest Green, Arcadia Square, Simpson Oaks, Tierney Farm and countless other approved projects. 

Mr. Oh received his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland; his J.D. with distinction from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Oh is frequent lecturer and author on various topics in his field. Mr. Oh is a member of the Howard County and Maryland Bar Associations and Foundations, Howard County Chamber of Commerce and Maryland Building Industry Association.
